She will regularly speak with clients at 7pm, 8pm, or 9pm in the evening when everyone is home from work which allows the couple to take time to discuss their options in a stress free environment. This service continues when they are away as Andre is available 24 hrs a day 7 days a week in case of emergency so they will always have help should they need it.
