Simply start by making an appointment with one of their personal consultants prior to coming into the store.
On the day of your appointment, they will begin with a one to one consultation to explore the finer details of the service with you.
Your list will be forwarded to you within a matter of days for your approval and from then it will be open for your guests to peruse and purchase.
You can still amend your list at any time by removing existing items or adding new items. Many of these changes can be made by contacting your personal consultant.

We offer a very flexible returns and exchanges policy, which will give you the freedom to receive only the wedding presents you really want.
